Mike Fields is a Columbus, Ohio born portrait artist since 1994. Mike has garnered attention locally, nationally and internationally. Mike's portraits of celebrities in sports, fashion, historical figures and classic hollywood have been sold, collected and donated to various charitable organizations like American Cancer Society, Arthritis Foundation, AIDS Resource Center of Ohio, Alzheimer's Association and various educational, musical causes amongst other great causes. There has been a stint as a gallery director in a upcoming neighborhood in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Mike has served as a mentor and advisor to artist everywhere around the globe. Mike's 1st international experience came as the featured artist at the 2016 North Sea Jazz Festival in Rotterdam, Netherlands. What made the experience more incredible was that he painted live daily while holding conversations with the patrons and some of the performing musicians came over to sign their original canvas. Other international events include the Grand Prix Ball in London, England an event that kicks off the British Grand Prix.
Mike has now moved to the West Coast to relaunch his art career after the pandemic. He has continued his craft and is now a featured artist at prominent events in Los Angeles and other parts of California and in Phoenix, Arizona. Events like the George Lopez Kidney Foundation Gala, Art Hearts Los Angeles Fashion Week and the Cystic Fibrosis 65 Rose's Gala in Phoenix, Arizona.
